Biography
Skinny, the pseudonym of Italian rapper and producer Noà Magro, was born in Catania in 2003. In 2019, he gained viral success with his debut single "Pregiudicati," amassing over 40 million plays and prompting him to leave school at age 16 to pursue music full-time. Throughout 2020, Skinny continued to achieve success with hit songs like "Criminale," "Siciliano," and collaborations such as "Le Sirene" with Niko Pandetta.
In a strategic move to elevate his career, Skinny released his first EP "SKINNY BABY" in 2020, featuring popular tracks like "Backwoods" and "Meglio da Solo." Notably, his single "Blue Bandana" received a gold record certification, making him the first Sicilian rapper to achieve this milestone. In 2021, he established his own label, Giaguaro Empire 📀, to support emerging talents from the southern regions of Italy. Following a hiatus in 2022 due to personal challenges, Skinny made a strong comeback with new singles like "Quatteri #2" and embarked on his first official live tours, performing 58 dates nationwide.
