Shin-Ski, a producer and beatmaker from Japan, began his music career as a band member in his early teens before moving to the USA in 1995 for his music education. Inspired by HipHop, Techno, and House music, he delved into music production upon returning to Japan, establishing himself as a versatile and unique artist blending genres like HipHop, jazz, and Techno. Shin-Ski's work extends beyond the HipHop industry, including collaborations with Japanese Rock bands and his alter-ego project "ALMA DE STELLA" for ethnic electronic music. His visual audio expertise has led to collaborations with brands like THE NORTH FACE and FUJI FILM, while his live performances showcasing his skills with pads and knobs have taken him across Japan and internationally to places like France and China.

In addition to his successful solo career, Shin-Ski is a member of the group ShinSight Trio with Insight The Truncator and DJ Ryow a.k.a. Smooth Current, releasing three albums to date. Known for drawing cosmic soundscapes through his music, he is praised for his ability to evoke clear visual images through his sounds. Shin-Ski's talent transcends boundaries of genre, as seen in his involvement in "designed people" and his reputation for captivating live shows that have garnered attention both in Japan and abroad.
