Ronnie Laws

Ronnie Laws, an award-winning tenor saxophonist and composer, has had a successful career bridging the worlds of jazz and R&B since the early 1970s. With seven albums in the Top 200 since 1975, including his debut "Pressure Sensitive," Laws has collaborated with renowned artists such as Ramsey Lewis, Gregory Porter, B.B. King, and Quincy Jones. Born into a musical family in Houston, Texas, Laws began his musical journey by teaching himself to play the saxophone at a young age, eventually earning a degree in music and establishing himself as a versatile and skilled musician.
