Biography

Romain Virgo, a reggae singer from Jamaica, rose to fame after winning the Digicel Rising Stars competition at the age of 17. With a musical style rooted in classic lovers rock and roots reggae, he released his debut album in 2010 on VP Records, followed by The System in 2012. Virgo gained international attention in 2014 with his reggae version of Sam Smith's "Stay with Me," which became a chart-topping hit. His third album, LoveSick, was released in 2017, solidifying his position as a rising star in the reggae music scene.
