Biography
Presuntos Implicados, a Pop-Soul group founded in 1983 by Juan Luis Giménez and his sister Soledad Giménez, later joined by Nacho Mañó, has made a significant impact on the Spanish pop scene with hits like "En la Oscuridad," "Alma de Blues," and "Gente." Their three-decade career includes a substantial discography, a strong following in Latin countries, and a string of successes that have redefined Spanish pop music.
After winning the RNE contest "Don Domingo," Presuntos Implicados signed with RCA and released their debut album "Danzad Danzad Malditos" in 1985. Their third album, "Alma de Blues," signed with Warner Music in 1988, marked the beginning of their widespread success in the 90s. Despite Soledad Giménez's departure in 2006 to pursue a solo career, the group continued with new vocalist Lydia Rodriguez, releasing albums like "Será" in 2008 and "Banda Sonora" in 2011, culminating in their latest album "La Noche 2 desde la ciudad de México" in 2013.
