After lineup changes and solo endeavors, Beckett revived Player for the albums "Room with a View" in 1980 and "Spies of Life" in 1982. The band reunited in 1995 and continued to release new music and tour throughout the 2000s, culminating in the 2013 album "Too Many Reasons."

Led by Peter Beckett, Player achieved success with their hit single "Baby Come Back" in 1977.
