Biography
Perotá Chingó, a musical project formed in the summer of 2011 in Cabo Polonio, Uruguay, by Argentinians Lola Aguirre and Julia Ortiz, gained early viral success with their intimate and warm video for the song "Ríe Chinito." The band's career grew rapidly, expanding from South America and Argentina to Europe, performing in a total of 19 countries. Their concerts and music production remain independent.
