Emerging from Seoul in 2015, ONEWE, previously known by various aliases, gained attention through charity covers before releasing their debut EP, Feeling Good Day. The band's international profile grew with a performance in China and the release of their second EP, Make Some Noise, in 2017. After a period of reevaluation, ONEWE returned in 2019 with the hit single "Reminisce About All" followed by a series of diverse tracks leading to their debut album, ONE, in 2020, which peaked at #13 in South Korea. Their success continued with the release of the EP MEMORY : illusion in December of the same year, which reached #19 on the national charts.
