The following year, he embarked on his inaugural solo arena tour, "HIROOMI TOSAKA LIVE TOUR 2018 “FULL MOON,” attracting 240,000 attendees across 23 shows in 11 cities nationwide. In 2019, his track "BLUE SAPPHIRE" was featured as the theme song for the movie "Detective Conan: The Fist of Blue Sapphire," while also holding his first solo overseas performance in Taipei and being appointed as the city's tourism goodwill ambassador. Finally, in 2020, he collaborated with Ryuji Imaichi for a dome tour across three cities, performing a total of nine showcase events.
