Noizy, born Rigels Rajku in 1986, is an Albanian rapper and actor who rose to fame after participating in the Top Fest music competition in Albania. His studio albums, including Pak më ndryshe (2009) and Zin City (2016), gained popularity in the underground hip-hop scene. Noizy later achieved success in the German-speaking market with collaborations on hits like "Nummer 1" and "Toto." His fifth album, Epoka (2020), reached Number 32 in Switzerland, and subsequent singles, such as "Alles Gut" featuring Dardan, charted in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

Born in Sukth, Albania, Noizy fled with his family to Southeast London in 1997 before returning to Albania to pursue his music career. His early songs like "Jemi OTR" and "Kur vijm na" set the stage for his later successes in both the Albanian and German-speaking music scenes. Noizy's versatile style and collaborations with other artists propelled him to international fame, with chart-topping hits and successful album releases showcasing his talent and appeal across different markets.
