Formed in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1994, NO TE VA GUSTAR (NTVG) consists of Emiliano Brancciari (vocals, guitar), Martin Gil (trumpet), Denis Ramos (trombone), Mauricio Ortiz (saxophone), Diego Bartaburu (drums), Pablo Coniberti (guitar), Guzman Silveira (bass), and Francisco Nasser (keyboards). The band has toured extensively worldwide, performing throughout South America and in countries such as Cuba, Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica, the United States, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England, and Spain.

Known for their powerful and refined live performances, NTVG blends rock with various musical genres like reggae, folk, murga, and ska, drawing from the diverse influences of its members. With 10 studio albums, 1 live acoustic album, 5 live albums, a special reissue, two documentary films, and an official biography, their records have achieved Platinum status and have been released in multiple countries including the United States, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, and Argentina.
