Mutoid Man, an American metalcore band formed in New York in 2012, blends hardcore punk, rock and roll, progressive metal, and neo-psych influences. Comprised of members from Cave In, Converge, and High On Fire, the trio has released three highly praised studio albums since their inception: Bleeder (2015), War Moans (2017), and Mutants (2023). Founded by Stephen Brodsky and Ben Koller, Mutoid Man's genre-defying sound gained recognition with their debut EP, Helium Head, in 2013, followed by a full-length debut, Bleeder, under Sargent House in 2014.

Mutoid Man's musical journey has seen them collaborate with notable artists like Chelsea Wolfe, Marty Friedman, and Kurt Ballou, showcasing their dynamic approach to extreme music. After welcoming Jeff Matz as their new bassist in 2021, Mutoid Man continued to push boundaries with their raw and energetic 2023 release, Mutants.
