Emerging from Barcelona with a unique blend of hip-hop and electronic influences, Morad quickly rose to fame in the Spanish rap scene during the late 2010s. His rapid-fire rap style, coupled with dancefloor-inspired productions, propelled him to the top of the Spanish PROMUSICAE charts in 2021 with hits like "Morad: BZRP Music Sessions #47" and "Pelele." Born Morad El Khattouti El Horami, the rapper began his career at 14, experimenting with various styles on his debut mixtape, M.D.L.R., before finding his signature sound on tracks like "Les Duele" and "Motorola."

Throughout 2020 and 2021, Morad solidified his place as a global star, with chart-topping singles and collaborations that showcased his versatility and rapid rise to success. His appearance on Bizarrap's BZRP Sessions series garnered over 100 million streams and his solo single "Pelele" secured his second number one hit. Nominated for Best Urban Album at the Premios Odeón, Morad continued to dominate the Spanish music scene with a collaborative EP and a string of successful singles and features in 2022.
