Biography
Mild High Club, led by Alex Brettin, is a solo project and live band based in Los Angeles. Influenced by AOR and jazz, Brettin began creating music for the project in 2012, using a variety of instruments and recording equipment while traveling between Chicago, Baltimore, and Los Angeles. The band released their debut album, "Timeline," on Stones Throw in 2015, followed by the more ambitious "Skiptracing" in 2016 which features the certified-Gold single "Homage." Collaborations with King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard and the release of their latest album, "Going Going Gone," on Stones Throw in 2021 have solidified Mild High Club's presence in the music scene, with performances at festivals like Coachella and Tropicalia showcasing their popularity worldwide.
