Marc Broussard, influenced by classic R&B, rock, and soul, began his musical journey under the guidance of his father, Ted Broussard of "The Boogie Kings." After gaining attention with an independent EP, he signed with Island Records and achieved mainstream success with hits like "Home." Known for his soulful sound, Broussard has released multiple albums with major labels and recently returned to independent releases with his SOS Foundation.
Teaming up with Joe Bonamassa, Broussard released S.O.S. 4: Blues For Your Soul, a Blues cover album supporting Bonamassa's foundation. In 2024, marking 20 years since his debut album, Marc is embarking on an Anniversary Tour, performing Carencro in its entirety alongside fan-favorite covers from his S.O.S. series.
