Biography
Swedish musician Lucas Nord, born in 1992, made his debut in 2012 with the single "Let Us Stay Young," showcasing his blend of dance/pop with underground sensibilities and innovative production. His debut album 'Islands' in 2013 featured the successful track 'Run On Love' with Tove Lo, propelling him to commercial success with numerous remixes and collaborations, including a number one on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart in 2016.
As the grandchild of Swedish jazz legend Putte Wickman and a graduate of Stockholm's Rytmus music school, Lucas Nord has music in his blood and brain. In 2016, he released his second album 'Company,' featuring singles like "Faking," "Don't Need Your Love," and "Do About It," the latter also a duet with Naomi Pilgrim. Alongside his own music, Nord continued his work as a remixer for artists such as Grouplove, Phoebe Ryan, and Jonathan Johansson.
