Los Cuates de Sinaloa

Gabriel and Martiniano Berrelleza, also known as Los Cuates de Sinaloa, started their music career in Phoenix, after receiving guitars as gifts and playing at local events. They were signed to Sony/BMG in 2006 and gained popularity for their acoustic style and controversial lyrics about political corruption and drug trafficking. Despite facing criticism, their albums consistently charted in the Top Ten in various categories.

Los Cuates de Sinaloa released multiple albums each year from 2008 to 2011, maintaining a strong fan base through constant touring and internet promotion. While their songs were not radio-friendly due to their subject matter, their albums consistently charted well in the Latin music scene. After a brief break, the duo returned with new music in 2016, including the successful single "No Eres Sincera" and the full-length album Cartel Mas Fuerte.
