Biography

Los Caminantes, a Latin group originally formed by siblings Agustín, Horacio, Brígido, and Martín Ramírez alongside Humberto Navarro, released their debut album "Supe Perder" in 1983. The band achieved success with hits like "Cuando Dos Almas" and "Porque Tengo Tu Amor" in the mid-'80s. Following lineup changes, keyboardist Mario Sotelo joined for the 1986 album "De Guanajuato...Para America," which featured the hit "Amor Sin Palabras." Tragedy struck with the loss of Martín Ramírez, leading to the release of a tribute album, "Gracias Martín," in 1987. Despite ongoing changes, Los Caminantes continued to record and tour. Agustín Ramírez passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 70.
