Lilly Wood & the Prick, a French duo formed in 2006 by vocalist Nili Hadida and guitarist Benjamin Cotto, blend electro, folk, new wave, and funk with poetic lyrics, drawing inspiration from '80s Gallic pop and '60s soul. Their debut EP, Lilly Who and the What?, caught attention in 2008 with a cover of Santigold's "L.E.S. Artistes," leading to their acclaimed first album, Invincible Friends, in 2010.
