Hailing from Wolverhampton, England, Letherette is a dynamic production duo consisting of Andy Harber and Richard Roberts. They skillfully blend house, electro, and hip-hop influences to create a sophisticated sound reminiscent of artists like J Dilla and Daft Punk. The duo, who have been friends since childhood and started making music together in 2003, released their early work on Hotep before signing with Ninja Tune. Their self-titled debut album in 2013 showcased their eclectic style, and subsequent releases like Last Night on the Planet in 2016 saw them exploring hip-hop and downtempo territories with collaborations from various artists.

Part of the Artists' Valley collective alongside Bibio's Stephen Wilkinson, Letherette has established a strong presence in the electronic music scene. Their Ninja Tune debut, the Featurette EP, marked a significant milestone in their career, followed by a series of mixes and remixes that further showcased their versatility.
