His music delves into the darker side of Tokyo life often overlooked by mainstream media. Kohh gained initial recognition with his 2012 debut mixtape, Yellow Tape, particularly with the track "Young Forever" produced by him and performed by his younger brother, LIL KOHH. In subsequent years, Kohh achieved international fame through collaborations with artists like Keith Ape on “It G Ma” and appearances on Frank Ocean’s extended version of “Nikes” and Hikaru Utada’s “Boukyaku.” His career continued to flourish with features on Mariah Carey’s “Runaway” and the release of his 2019 album UNTITLED, showcasing a blend of rock guitars, strings, and diverse sounds under Nippon Columbia.
