Kero One, the Korean-Californian rapper, producer, and DJ, is renowned for reviving jazz hip hop with his unique blend of live instruments and samples. Rising to fame after self-releasing his debut vinyl "Check the Blueprints" in 2003, Kero gained a strong following in Japan, selling over 75k copies of his albums and singles through nationwide tours. Despite his underground roots, Kero's distinctive mellow and jazzy beats, now recognized as Lo-fi or jazz hip hop, have garnered international acclaim, earning him recognition from industry legends like Stevie Wonder and Will.I.Am. With a mission to stay true to his independent style while producing for global vocalists, Kero made a significant impact by collaborating with K-pop sensation Block B, resulting in the chart-topping track "Ordinary Love" in Korea. In 2019, Kero led the pioneering jazz hop and lo-fi beats tour across America and Asia before the global pandemic halted his plans for a European tour, keeping fans updated on his latest endeavors via Instagram @keroone.
