Biography

Kendji Girac is a French singer who gained recognition as the winner of the third season of The Voice: La Plus Belle Voix in 2014. Born in Bergerac, France in 1996, Girac impressed with his performance of Maître Gims' song "Bella" during the competition. He was coached by singer Mika and won the season with 51% of the public vote. Following his victory, Girac released his debut EP and subsequently launched his first full-length album, Kendji, in August 2014. The album, which featured popular singles like "Color Gitano" and "Andalouse," topped the French charts for ten weeks.
