Biography

Keala made her Broadway debut in 2011 in PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT and later originated the role of Norma Valverde in HANDS ON A HARDBODY. She received multiple award nominations for her performances in musicals like LES MISÉRABLES and WAITRESS before transitioning to film with roles in RICKI AND THE FLASH and THE GREATEST SHOWMAN, where she performed "This Is Me" at the Oscars in 2018. In recent years, she collaborated with Grammy-winning producer Greg Wells on her EP "Chapter One" and is currently based in the UK working on new music set for release in early 2024.
