Born Alessandro Aleotti on August 5, 1972, J-Ax, also known as "Joker Alex," is a Milan native known for his contributions to Italian rap. From 1990 to 2003, he was part of the hip-hop duo Articolo 31 with DJ Jad, releasing several albums that transitioned from rap to pop and rock influences. Following the duo's hiatus, J-Ax pursued a solo career, releasing albums like Di Sana Pianta in 2006 and achieving success in Italy.

J-Ax's solo career continued with albums like Rap n' Roll and Deca Dance in 2009, featuring collaborations with various Italian artists. He later released successful albums like Meglio Prima in 2011 and Il Bello d'Esser Brutti in 2015, which included hit singles like "Uno di Quei Giorni." In 2017, J-Ax collaborated with Fedez on Comunisti col Rolex, which topped the charts with its pop-rap-EDM sound.
