Grupo Exterminador, a norte├▒o band, has been a prominent presence in the Mexican and US music scenes since 1992. Lead vocalist Juan Corona, who began singing at a young age, formed the band in Los Angeles with his brothers under the name Los Hermanos Corona before rebranding as Grupo Exterminador. They gained recognition for their diverse musical style, performing at various events and releasing albums independently.
In 1994, Grupo Exterminador signed with EGO Records and released their debut album, Dos Plebes, Vol. 2. Subsequently, they secured a long-term deal with Fonovisa in 1995, leading to the release of 15 albums over the years. The band's music encompassed corridos, rancheras, and romantic ballads, earning both commercial success and critical acclaim. After a successful international tour, they signed with Skalona Records for a brief period before joining Vene Records and releasing Pachang├│n en el Infierno in 2012, showcasing their exploration of outlaw and narco culture themes.
