Biography

Luis Ra├║l Marrero, known as Funky, is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and producer specializing in Latin Christian urban music. Marrero founded the duo Stylo in 1997 and transitioned to Christian music in 1998, establishing the Funkytown Music label. He has since released successful albums such as Funkytown (2001), Los Vencedores (2004), and Reset (2011), and collaborated with artists like Jes├║s Adri├ín Romero and Marcos Witt. Marrero's 11th studio album, Par├⌐ntesis, was released in 2024.
