Biography

DLD, formerly known as Dildo, is a Mexican band consisting of Francisco Familiar (vocals, guitar), Edgar Hansen (bass), and Erik Neville (guitar). They have released 8 studio albums and a live album from El Auditorio Nacional. Their cover of "Mi Vida" from the José José tribute album has become a popular anthem. The band received 2 Latin Grammy nominations for their album "Primario" and has performed at major festivals such as Vive Latino and Rock al Parque.

Originating from Cd Satélite, State of Mexico, DLD currently has over 5 million monthly listeners on digital platforms. In the summer of 2022, they released "Accidente" as the lead single from their upcoming album. The band plans to expand their live shows to international audiences in 2023.
