Delacruz

Delacruz, a musician hailing from Vigário Geral, Rio's North Zone, rose to prominence in 2015 with his debut hit "Flor de Lis," amassing over 14 million views on YouTube. At the age of 19 in 2017, he gained nationwide recognition for his performance in the Pineapple Storm project "Poesia Acústica #2," featuring the popular track "Sobre Nós" alongside BK, Maria, and others, which garnered over 690 million views on YouTube and was featured in the soap opera "O Sétimo Guardião" on Rede Globo. Delacruz has released three EPs, including "Nonsense Vol 1 & 2" and "Show Case," collaborating with artists such as Ludmilla, Djonga, Filipe Ret, Luccas Carlos, Cynthia Luz, and MC Hariel.

In 2021, Delacruz collaborated with MC Marcinho on the single "Romântico 90," paying homage to 90s funk music. His track "Aperta Start" marked a new phase in his career, showcasing his versatility across different music genres. Recent releases include the album "Aladdin" in October 2023 and the single "Explícito" in March 2024. His latest track, "Afrodite," featuring IZA and directed by Philippe Rios, demonstrates Delacruz's ongoing evolution as an artist.
