David Lee Garza

Formed in Texas in the late '80s, Tejano band David Lee Garza Y Los Musicales features accordion player David Lee Garza along with bandmates such as drummer Adam Garza, bassist Richard Garza, and guitarist Armando De La Garza. With saxophone player Oscar Montemayor and multi-instrumentalist William O'Rourke, the group released over a dozen albums within five years, premiering on Capitol in 1991 and later recording for Hacienda Records. Their collaboration with country/Tejano vocalist Emilio in the early '90s led him to form his own group, Rio.
