Biography

Philadelphia-based CRUISR, led by singer/songwriter Andy States, craft infectious indie pop with an '80s new wave energy. Beginning as States' solo project in 2012, CRUISR evolved into a full band with drummer Jon Van Dine, guitarist Bruno Catrambone, and later bassist Kyle Cook. Their self-titled EP, produced in collaboration with Jeremy Park of Youth Lagoon, garnered attention, leading to the release of their sophomore EP, "All Over," on Vagrant Records in 2014. The band toured extensively, sharing stages with Bleachers, Imagine Dragons, and Young Rising Sons, while releasing singles like "Go for It" and "Throw Shade."

In 2018, CRUISR continued their musical journey by supporting Matt & Kim on tour and dropping the single "Mind Eraser."
