Crazy Horse

Crazy Horse, known as one of the greatest garage rock bands of all time, originated from the doo wop band Danny & the Memories in the early '60s. After joining forces with Neil Young, they played on acclaimed albums such as "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere" and "After the Gold Rush." Despite setbacks like the departure of member Danny Whitten due to heroin addiction, the band continued to collaborate with Young on projects like "Tonight's the Night" and "Zuma," as well as releasing their own albums like "Crazy Moon."

Following the tragic death of Whitten, Young and the surviving members of Crazy Horse regrouped and embarked on successful endeavors, including the legendary "Rust Never Sleeps" tour and album. Throughout the '80s and '90s, the band remained a vital part of Young's music, contributing to albums like "Hawks & Doves" and "Ragged Glory." Despite lineup changes and individual projects, the enduring partnership between Neil Young and Crazy Horse produced iconic live recordings and continued to captivate audiences with their raw and powerful sound.
