Crayon Pop is a South Korean K-pop girl group formed in 2012 by Chrome Entertainment, previously known as Hurricane Pop. The group, consisting of members Soyul, Geummi, Ellin, Choa, and Way, gained fame with their 2013 hit single 'Bar Bar Bar', which topped Billboard's K-pop Hot 100 Chart for eight weeks and garnered over 50 million views on YouTube. In 2014, Crayon Pop toured with Lady Gaga in the United States and released their first studio album, 'Evolution Pop Vol. 1', in 2016, reaching the top ten on the Gaon Music Chart.

Despite founder member Soyul's hiatus in 2016 due to anxiety, Crayon Pop continued promoting their music through interviews and a crowd-funded concert called Winter Party. In early 2017, the group initially announced their disbandment to pursue solo projects, but later reformed without Soyul. While no new material has been released since then, a sub-group featuring Choa and Way, known as Strawberry Milk, released the single 'My Universe' in 2019.
