Formed in 2018 by Vo./Gt. Tsumugi, Ba./Cho. Fuka, and Dr./Cho. Sayaka, Conton Candy is a three-piece rock band that quickly made waves in the live music scene, often causing venue overcrowding and festival entry restrictions. Their debut single, "Longskirt ha nabiite," topped the “Eggs” annual chart in both artist and song categories, while the viral success of "Fuzzy Navel" in April 2023 propelled them to further popularity, exceeding 110M streams and earning nominations for various music awards. Their first full album, "melt pop," was released in October 2024, followed by a nine-city tour in November, marking their largest solo tour to date.
