Chinese-American pop diva CoCo Lee made a significant impact as one of the most successful Asian artists to break into Western markets. Drawing inspiration from American singers like Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera, Lee's R&B-infused vocals and pop sensibility resonated with audiences in Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking regions.
