Biography

Formed in 2007, Cloud Control is an award-winning indie rock band from the Blue Mountains near Sydney, Australia. Their dreamy sound combines folk, psychedelic pop, and synth pop elements. The quartet, consisting of Heidi and Ulrich Lenffer, Alister Wright, and Jeremy Kelshaw, debuted in 2010 with Bliss Release, which earned them the Australian Music Prize and ARIA Award nominations. In 2013, their sophomore album Dream Cave was released. In 2015, bassist Kelshaw left the group, turning Cloud Control into a trio. After a period of inactivity, the band returned in 2017 with the single and video "Rainbow City."
