Biography

Clint Mansell, best known as the frontman of Pop Will Eat Itself, began his music career in 1981 in Stourbridge, England. After the band's breakup, Mansell collaborated with former members to form Pop Will Eat Itself, which gained success with singles and albums before disbanding in 1996. Mansell then moved to the U.S. and established himself as a respected composer, working on film scores for movies like "Pi" and collaborating with artists such as Trent Reznor.

Following Pop Will Eat Itself's dissolution, Clint Mansell transitioned into a successful career as a composer, working on various film scores and collaborations with notable musicians. His work includes scoring films like "Requiem for a Dream" and collaborating with Trent Reznor on projects such as remixes and album appearances. Mansell is currently working on a solo album set to be released on Nothing Records.
