Caspar Babypants, the brainchild of Seattle musician Chris Ballew, is a beloved children's music artist known for his whimsical folk songs. Ballew, also recognized as the frontman of '90s alternative band Presidents of the United States of America, began recording children's music under the moniker in 2009.
