Café Quijano

Spanish alternative band Café Quijano emerged in 1996, led by brothers Manuel, Oscar, and Raúl Quijano, sons of a professional singer. After a successful demo and live performance in León, they signed with Warner and released their self-titled debut album in 1998, followed by a national tour. Their breakthrough came with the experimental album La Extraordinaria Paradoja del Sonido Quijano, blending rock with Latin rhythms, earning them their first platinum record. Their next release, Taberna del Buda, arrived in spring 2001, solidifying their place in the music scene.
