Brown Bird, a musical project born out of love in 2008, saw Dave Lamb and MorganEve Swain coming together as a duo that defied genre limitations. Despite undergoing personnel changes and battling Lamb's leukemia diagnosis, the band continued to create music until Lamb's passing in 2014. Swain released Brown Bird's final album, "Axis Mundi," a year later and now leads The Huntress and Holder of Hands.
