American rapper David Hutto, known as Boondox, emerged in the music scene at the turn of the millennium, bringing a killer scarecrow persona to the forefront. Boondox's unique Southern twist on rap-rock caught the attention of Insane Clown Posse, leading to his signing with Psychopathic Records. With a distinct hillbilly image and a blend of banjos and harmonicas in his beats, Boondox released his debut album, "The Harvest," in 2006, produced by Mike E. Clark.

Following the success of his debut, Boondox continued to make waves with releases like the "Krimson Creek" album, which topped the Billboard Heatseekers chart. Despite briefly exploring other musical ventures, he returned to Psychopathic Records in 2014 to release his fourth LP, "Abaddon," before later joining Majik Ninja and dropping "The Murder" in 2017 under Twiztid's label. Boondox's career has been marked by his unique blend of Southern charm and murderous themes within the rap genre.
