Biography

Bloodsimple, a metalcore band from New York City, emerged from the breakup of hardcore/thrash metal act Vision of Disorder in 2002. Lead singer Tim Williams and guitarist Mike Kennedy formed the band initially as a side project called Fix 8, which evolved into Bloodsimple with the addition of guitarist Nick Rowe, bassist Kyle Sanders, and drummer Chris Hamilton. Signed to Chad Gray's label, Bullygoat Records, Bloodsimple released their debut album "A Cruel World" in 2005, touring with bands like Superjoint Ritual and Stone Sour.

In 2007, Bloodsimple joined The Family Value Tour and released their second album, "Red Harvest", featuring drummer Will Hunt. The band had gone through several drummers before Hunt joined the lineup.
