Biography

Formed in 1998 as a tribute to classic death metal, Bloodbath, comprised of members from Katatonia, Opeth, and Edge Of Sanity, quickly established themselves as icons of the genre with releases like Breeding Death. Over the years, the band evolved and welcomed new frontmen, with Nick Holmes of Paradise Lost joining in 2014. Their sound grew darker and more intense with albums like Grand Morbid Funeral and The Arrow Of Satan Is Drawn.
