Formed in 2011 by Cho PD, Block B is a K-pop septet known for their hip-hop influences. The group's seven members include Taeil Lee, B-Bomb, Jaehyo Ahn, U-Kwon, Park Kyung, Zico, and P.O. Block B released their debut EP, New Kids on the Block, in June 2011, followed by their first LP, Blockbuster, in the same year. After legal struggles with their label, Stardom, the group moved to Seven Seasons management and continued to find success with releases like The Very Good EP and H.E.R. EP. In 2016, Block B achieved their highest-charting release in America with their fifth EP, Blooming Period, and also debuted in the Japanese market with the album My Zone.

The members of Block B have also pursued solo projects and subunits, with Taeil and Park Kyung releasing solo singles, and P.O, U-Kwon, and B-Bomb forming the subunit Bastarz. The group has embarked on tours in Asia, the U.S., Europe, and Japan, showcasing their diverse musical talents and energetic performances. With a blend of rap, pop, and dance elements, Block B continues to captivate fans worldwide with their unique sound and dynamic presence in the K-pop scene.
