Negli anni 90 conquista la popolarità con gli album ADAGIO BIAGIO, LIBERATEMI, NON SO PIU’ A CHI CREDERE, BIAGIO ANTONACCI, IL MUCCHIO, MI FAI STARE BENE, quest’ultimo Disco di Diamante con oltre 800.000 copie vendute.
Dopo TRA LE MIE CANZONI del 2010 e 9/NOV/2001 nel 2004 con CONVIVENDO segna una rivoluzione: per la prima volta in Italia un album viene diviso in due parti e pubblicato in momenti diversi. CONVIVENDO ottiene il Disco di Diamante e vince il World's Best-Selling Italian Male Artist, a Los Angeles ai World Music Awards 2005.
Nel 2007 pubblica VICKY LOVE e il 30 giugno si esibisce allo Stadio San Siro di Milano. Nel 2008 esce IL CIELO HA UNA PORTA SOLA e nel 2010 INASPETTATA. Il 3 luglio 2011 è protagonista di un inedito concerto al COLOSSEO.
Dopo SAPESSI DIRE NO del 2012 e L’AMORE COMPORTA del 2014 con PALCO ANTONACCI suona per la seconda volta allo Stadio San Siro di Milano.
È del 2015 la raccolta BIAGIO, seguita da DEDICHE E MANIE nel 2017. Nel 2019 è protagonista insieme all’amica Laura Pausini del tour-evento LAURA BIAGIO STADI 2019, nei principali stadi d’Italia e pubblica il nuovo album CHIARAMENTE VISIBILI DALLO SPAZIO.
