Banda Los Recoditos originated in Mazatlán in 1989, initially named by Don Cruz Lizárraga and composer José Ángel Espinoza 'Ferrusquilla'. With over 30 years in the music industry, the band has achieved international recognition, including awards such as the Latin Grammy and Premios Billboard. Led by Poncho Lizárraga since 1990, the group has garnered multiple Gold and Platinum records for their album sales and performed at prestigious venues like the Auditorio Nacional and the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
The band, founded by Doña Chuyita Lizárraga and her sons Alfonso and Joel Lizárraga, has become one of the most successful in Latin music history.
