Thana Ajeng Gahakalpa and Uki Diqie Sulaiman, known as the Couple Duo, began their music career in Indonesia through the talent show Rising Star Indonesia in 2014 under the name 15econds, later changing it to Aviwkila in 2015 for a more meaningful identity. Combining the Sanskrit word Avika meaning radiant and charismatic with the Egyptian word Akila meaning intelligent, Aviwkila represents a charismatic individual with intelligence.

Since entering the music industry, Aviwkila has released several singles and an album, with a shift in focus towards creating songs with positive lyrics starting in 2024, believing that lyrics are prayers. By choosing to only write and release songs with good intentions, Aviwkila aims to bring positivity to listeners' lives through their music, establishing themselves as pioneers of "affirmation songs" in Indonesia.
