Biography

Aqours is a nine-member school idol group born from the Love Live! Sunshine!! project, debuting in 2015 with their 1st single "Kimi no Kokoro wa Kagayaiteru kai?". The Love Live! Sunshine!! related music products have surpassed a cumulative shipment of 3.5 million units, receiving a total of 10 gold disc certifications, as well as performing twice at Tokyo Dome solo concerts and appearing at the 69th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen.

Celebrating their 9th anniversary on June 30, 2024, Aqours announced the final one-man live event with all nine members, "Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours Finale LoveLive! ~Eikyuu stage~", as a culmination of their numerous live events. The finale live theme song "Eikyuu hours", released on December 18, 2024, received their first "Platinum certification" following their gold disc certifications.
