Biography

Angus and Julia Stone are a sibling singing/songwriting duo known for their blend of intimate folk and dreamy indie pop. Raised on Sydney's northern beaches, the siblings were introduced to music early on by their father, a member of a local cover band.

The duo released their debut EP, Chocolates and Cigarettes, before relocating to London in 2006. Their first full-length album, A Book Like This, was released in 2007 and reached the Top 10 in Australia. Following their successful sophomore album, Down the Way, which earned them five ARIA music awards, the siblings pursued solo projects before reuniting for their third studio album in 2014, produced by Rick Rubin. They continued their collaboration with their fourth album, Snow, released in 2017.
