Angaleena Presley

Angaleena Presley, a member of the Pistol Annies, released her first solo album, American Middle Class, in 2014 after finding success with the group's debut, Hell on Heels. Hailing from Kentucky, Presley had been working in Nashville for over a decade before her solo debut, landing songs on records for artists like Heidi Newfield and Ashton Shepherd.

After collaborating with Ashley Monroe and Miranda Lambert in the Pistol Annies, Presley's solo career took off with the release of American Middle Class, which debuted at 29 on the U.S. country charts. In 2017, she followed up with her second solo album, Wrangled, featuring collaborations with artists like Morgane Stapleton and Yelawolf, as well as songs co-written by Chris Stapleton and Guy Clark.
